HOW TO USE
A:Position the Surfing-Treadle platform so that the front or forward edge is in the full up position.
B: Hold the handlebar grips firmly with both hands and place one foot on front of Surfing- Treadle.
C: With the other foot, continue to push off the ground till scooter has reached desired or sufficient speed to enable both feet to be on the Surfing-treadle.
D: Move both legs and feet on the Surfing-Treadle in a back and forth rocking motion to drive and maintain the forward speed.
E: Note: Once maximum speed is reached, short rapid up and down rocking strokes will maintain the speed. To quickly increase speed after slowing down, repeat the above step. |

Installallation:
A: Take out the scooter from the carton and place on flat level ground.
B: Pull out safety quick release lock on as shown and then line up the two frames and lock firmly into position.Be sure now the Q/R lever should be on the upper part of the hinge.Tighten the quick release lock
C: Pull out quick release lock
D: Lock the quick relese lock firmly into position
E: There are two ball knobs,press the ball knob on the handbar stem and insert into the front tube then adjust handlebar stem to your required height, note the maximum height adjustment should no exceed past the ball knob.
F: Adjust the tube to make the scooter straight and tighten the quick release lock
G: Your surfing scooter is now fully assembeld. |
